This page explains what personal data we collect through vulkaneo.com, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

2. What we collect

Contact form

When you submit the form we store: name, company, phone, email and your message. We use it only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.

• Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
• Retention: 24 months from the last contact, then deleted.

Technical data

Our server and network protection log IP address, browser type and access time for security and troubleshooting. Kept for up to 30 days.

3. Cookies

We use no analytics, advertising or marketing cookies, so there is no consent banner. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may set a technical bot-protection cookie; it is not used for tracking and is not shared for marketing.

4. Who receives data

• Cloudflare — site delivery and attack protection.
• Hetzner Online GmbH — server hosting, data stored in the European Union (Finland).
• Microsoft — business email.

We do not sell data and do not share it for marketing. Where data is processed outside the EU, standard contractual clauses apply.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object. Just write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina or the supervisory authority in your own country.

6. When you use Vulkaneo as a customer

When a tyre shop uses Vulkaneo, its customers' data (phone number, order, appointment, call recording) belongs to that shop as controller. Bloom d.o.o. processes it as processor, only on the customer's instructions. We sign a data processing agreement before onboarding; it is available on request.

The shop decides the retention period for call recordings and can request recording to be disabled at any time.

If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with its date.
