Vulkaneo is an AI receptionist built for one job: no phone call to a tyre shop goes unanswered. It was founded in 2025 inside SS GmbH — a team building software for operational businesses where the phone means revenue.

From Switzerland to the region

The first agent went live in Switzerland — a market that forgives neither delay nor imprecision. There the receptionist proved it could carry a real call load: tyre enquiries, pricing, fitting appointments, reminders and order status. From Switzerland the service expanded to neighbouring markets — Germany, Austria and Italy — and to the home region: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia and Slovenia.

A tyre fitter works under a car, in gloves, under seasonal pressure. The phone rings mid-mount — and every missed call is an appointment a competitor books instead.
