Your catalogue in the conversation
This is the reason for you to do this, not every shop alone: the agent checks stock and price — and the source of that data can be you. If your wholesale provides a price/stock feed, every shop’s agent answers from your catalogue. And when a tyre is out of stock at the shop — it suggests your alternative in the same class, from your range.
A shop without its own system still works: the price list is imported from a spreadsheet (Excel/CSV), and stock is updated as needed.
Data stays with the shop
Calls, transcripts and customer data belong to the shop — we are only the operator. As a partner you get network-level aggregates (answered calls, booked appointments, minutes), not conversation content.
How a start looks
We do not sell a 200-shop network in one meeting. We propose a pilot: 5–10 shops, one season, with shared metrics — answered calls, booked fittings, volume per shop. After the pilot you decide on the network. Pilot price: 149 EUR per shop per month, three months — the Starter list price, with no discount on the subscription. Onboarding is 0 EUR for pilot shops (otherwise 950 EUR per shop). After the pilot the regular price applies.
