Preparing for the summer season: a workshop checklist

Summer season starts in April — but preparation ends in March. A shop that enters the season ready looks different from one that chases it.

Price list

Update it before the calls start. A customer who gets a different price on the second call does not call a third time.

Calendar and shifts

How many lanes, how many fitters, how many slots per hour realistically. The season is not played by the full team — it is played by whoever is available on those days.

Stock

Keep the sizes your customers ask most in stock. A tyre not on the shelf when the call comes in is a lost booking.

The phone

Who answers while two people are mounting? Who at 7 AM when the first calls arrive? If there is no answer — a system provides it: an agent that picks up, asks the size, and books the slot.

Vulkaneo answers every call in your shop, books the fitting appointment and confirms on Viber. While you work.
